Data Security & Access Control

We design our platform with data security and access control in mind. We provide different visibility options for tools, knowledge, tables and assistants.

Knowledge and Tableset

  • Knowledge and tableset share the same visibility options:
    • Public: Anyone can see your knowledge/tableset, but they cannot edit it.
    • Team: Only your team members can see your knowledge/tableset, but they cannot edit it.
    • Private: Only builders or admin in your team can see your knowledge/table.

Only builders or admin can make changes to the knowledge/tableset

Tool

  • Public:
    • Anyone can see how this tool is built
    • Builders in your team can edit and see the runs
  • Private:
    • Only team members can see how this tool is built,
    • Only Builders in your team can edit and see the runs
  • Unlisted:
    • Anyone with the link can see how this tool is built
    • All team members can list this tool
    • Only Builders in your team can edit and see the runs

IMPORTANT: Anyone with proper API key can run the tool regardless of the visibility

Assistant

  • Public:
    • Anyone can list/use this assistant
    • Only Builders in your team can edit this assistant
  • Team Public:
    • All team members can list and use this assistant
    • Only Builders in your team can edit this assistant
  • Private:
    • Only Builders in your team can list/edit/use this assistant
  • Unlisted:
    • All team members with the link can use the app
    • Only builders in your team can list/edit your app
